Exhaust HALP! Insert Opinion Inside!

Hey!

I am pretty new and very green when it comes to the car scene but I am looking to either grab the new greddy evo gt or supreme sp exhaust. I am currently running an NA setup with no soon to be plans to add a turbo but maybe down the road.

I'm especially just looking for why either would be better or not, thanks!

Honestly, a $2000 catback will sound the same as hacking your muffler off (that is to say, terrible) on a stock car. If your goal with the car is just to get the "boxer sound" that everyone wants, you'll need to get an unequal length header as well as a catback. There are a ton of threads about these subjects.

Also don't expect boltons like exhaust to make a performance difference, and don't fixate on which setup is "better". We're talking a delta of 2-3hp at 7000rpm here. Just go on youtube, find a setup you think you could live with, and emulate that.

With exhaust systems, I agree with above on just getting one that sounds good. You will have to live with it everyday so try to get one that is the loudness to your liking. Loud is subjective so use your own judgement. I think the supreme SP is quieter. Do a google search or youtube it for sound clips. Greddy is reputable.
