She did quite the job though, even though I was super stressing it the whole time lol.

Happiness is:

Finding the wheels in the size and offset you want, local, at a crazy good deal

...

And your Tax Return showing up LITERALLY 5 minutes later.

This is me right now

Well, Missy, I tried.......

Maybe I should scope out the business in person .... to get a more accurate prospective. So, it's your mother's business ..... I reckon I should talk with her ...

All I know is that I raised 3 children and each of them played the "bored card" ...... but only once per kid .....

They learned real fast NOT to say that word around me .....

Also, I discovered while in the Army, as a commander, that soldiers that appeared to be "bored" responded well to extra duty of being appointed as "point" on night patrols. Yep, I had one NCO that just loved supervising that activity .... he was a real animal ....

My mom gets bored too yo! Whip her into shape!
Actually, there's like a 300lb lady that "works" there if anyone should be dealt with it's this woman. She's just a giant pain and she pretty much let someone steal a $1,200 ring right infront of her.. Work on that one for us. I actually do the most out of the damn ladies that work there, one even avoids us when she sees we need help. //rant

Hmmm.......you're Mom, the business owner gets bored .... ??

What is needed is more business (traffic). Let's see ..... YOU could go outside the store and twirl one of those big signs around .....

Let's see ...... what to do about the plus sized women turning a blind eye to a shop lifter. NEW POLICY: The value of items lost/stolen from your department/on your shift, will be deducted from your commission/paycheck".

As far as the "avoiding lady" ....... she needs to be closely supervised/given set goals (for about 15 minutes) ..... then fired for poor performance....

LA did not look like an All-Star last night...aside from that maybe they shouldn't have went to him in crunch time seeing as he shot terrible the entire game

And he was hurt too, I think that had a lot to do with his playing last night. Oh well.
