Are you letting your car idle for about 5 minutes after reflashing? When I bought mine I was told to let it sit after unplugging everything and not turning the car off. I don't have an auto but I mine is flashed for the stage 2 UEL and I've never had any issues.

Ok I finally figured out how to get it to work (for me at least). Instead of doing all the battery disconnecting and all of that stuff there's an easier solution. To get rid of the cel and transmission issues just erase the p0700 code through open flash tablet. As soon as I did that everything started working the way it should and the car now feels great. Much more torque in that 4k rpm range and I am so far happy.

So the OFT will clear the 0700 code? Sorry to resurrect a dead thread but I'm having the same issue.
