Question for Andrew and/or Myles: how do you think these custom valved and sprung B14's will compare to custom valved and sprung KW v1's (RCE Tarmac Zero)? Specifically for daily/street driving, not track or autoX.

I've already got the T2, but would be interested to see dyno plots if you consider making DA Bilsteins for these spring rates.

I'd love to make some double adjustable Bilsteins. We can do it and actually talked about doing a "technology exercise" but the cost would be a good bit higher than T2s.

Very interesting. This is pretty much exactly what I'm looking to do in terms of upgrading the springs on my SACHS coilovers, which currently have pretty similar rates to the B16s.

Edit: Out of curiosity, what length springs and helper springs are used on the GTWorx Trophy Cup coilovers?

I'd put money on them being 6" mainsprings and 4" tender springs (helper springs are part of a dual spring setup, >100# at least, tender springs are super lightweight, fully compress them in your hand) that are slightly compressed in the picture.

Coolest thing about them is it looks like top hat adapters are included so you can use the stock top hats, maybe at an extra price but still, the option was developed.

I'd typically just leave it for them to answer, but I have a hunch they're all out enjoying a week off.

I have a set of B14s and I'm looking to convert to linear springs as well. I'm looking at:
Front: 4 kg/mm
Rear: 5 kg/mm

6" length springs with tender springs. However, I'm unsure on which rates to pick for the tender springs? Could someone give me some insight about this?

Originally the main springs were 6" all around. They were thinking about making the rear springs 7", but I don't know which direction they went. I don't know what size the helper springs are.

Interesting thought. But it would probably be not all that much less than just selling what you have now and buying the new kit.
