I would really appreciate it if someone knows how to get some nice sounding pops with this setup! Thanks
And yes I did read through all 46 pages!
I am planning on this exact setup for my car and I'm wondering the same. I can tell you that it sounds like stepping on packing peanuts with a fully stock exhaust. Plus I'm not looking forward to potentially sucking bits of my 100,000 mile cat into the engine. I used to have a third gen MR2. Ask me how I know. The cats were prone to failure and bits would get sucked back into the engine and score the cylinder walls leading to oil consumption.

I read all the thread, but I didn't find the answer. Is this safe just to edit the ignition table B?
Someone told me that you risk to burn exhaust valves...
And, in Ecutek should you correct ignition base map VVT on or VVT off?
Thanks!

A00G Def + Stage2+ Popcorn
I was able to run the overrun method on two of my friends cars both MT, my other friend has a AT ZA1JF40D and whenever I try the A10I definitions it populates perfectly fine instead of f'in up the cells but I get the table on the left instead of the table on the right(diff file/car)

Where am messing up here?
@steve99 aswell

On my current setup I can get reliable gunshot backfire when down shifting to 4-5k rpm.

I can also pop when I'm in gear with clutch in reving while above speed. But I can't figure how to get it to work on neutral. Doesn't work with neutral clutch in or out rolling or not.

Also I am achieving flames with a stock FP, I've shot a few blue flames from the back.
Setup is --> 2017 BRZ Premium:
Tomei UEL Catless
Invidia N1

Is it also possible to have a launch control set at my 4-5k rpm and have those gunshot blasts continuous Like dem 2step supras woo! I don't think its possible as its on decel.
Anybody ever figure this out. I was thinking around the same concept as this initially but with the neutral table adjusted it gets sluggish in between gear changes and wasnt working anyways. Anyone know what fueling/timing table the car is using during launch control. Because theoretically this should have worked right.

What's the proper method of attaining these results on an Automatic? I've noticed some of you mention things, I've just gotten my OFT, trying to learn here.

@eddieflyinv, @steve99, @Kodename47. I have been working on compiling all of the information about using the overrun fueling method for pops and bangs tunes to make a youtube video since this seems to be the way the new generation now gets info. I have looked and the only video on this method is on a Miata so far. since most of the info I have to put in the video will be from mainly you 3 with some honorable mentions just wanted to ask if there was anything else other than what's gathered through the multiple posts and links on this thread that would also be helpful and do you mind me using the information in here, specifically your posts, in my video so as to give sources and credit to where I have learned from

What to I do?

Oh, I do have the O2 extension in the UEL still... Should I remove that?
Do -15 in the first two timetables and it should crackle on decel when you touch the throttle

I have negative 15 in the first table and zero in the second and I get quite a bit of pops and crackles during decel I even get it while just revving and neutral

Actually I am searching for the same for my AT. Some people said that overrun method is safer but did not explain why.

My 2200-5200 range in B table is set to -7 and I get some nice crackles and pops. However, I am in search of deeper pops instead of loud disturbing crackles. Will try setting them to -1.
