the easiest way to do ALL scaling is to turn off all fuel trims and run full time open loop, Then you can do the entire maf curve in one shot from idle to the rev limiter. However, this is dangerous for newbies to do since you could end up running very lean if your scaling is way out. Using this method all you need to know is actual afr and target afr and maf voltage. Correction = actual afr / target afr.

I can only hope someone with knowledge will figure this out and share a stepxstep, DIY. for us cheap noobs lol!
I posted a near step by step above :P I just didn't type 1. 2. 3. James had posted quite a bit and there is more on the rom raiders forums with basic information as well

AFR is the ratio that is logged. AFRx is the adjusted AFR after taking into account for the trims, ie the AFR that would be produced if the ECU wasn't adding or removing fuel. This allows you to use a log with any LTFT included.

Once your LTFTs become zero, it becomes as simple as how @mad_sb described.

I did a fair bit of reading into MAF scaling and now have it down to a T. It's simple once you get your head around it, massively helped if you can use macro based Excel as the tools are already out there. I had to build my own spreadsheet as I can't.

Not sure if it's been said on another thread, but the base tune on a completely stock car...how much faster is it to 60? I understand it makes the car "feel" better but I'm curious on how much faster it really is. I had the Unichip about a year ago and I enjoyed that, but ended up selling because of E85. Thanks!!!

PS: I drive a auto

I'll do you a favor and try to get a semi-accurate way of reading this on vid and do a completely stock vs. stage 1 vs. e85

No guarantees, no hard launches. Don't want to destroy my axles.

Had a chance to really test out the Stage 2 EL E85 flash today. Ran a second full tank of E85 on a nice long road trip. Once at our destination I was able to fill it up again for a 3rd full tank and go on a 3 hour rally. With plenty of time for the ECU/DME to adapt I had a few good pulls with the butt-dyno agreeing that gains were there. No hick-ups at all in starting or running. Torque dip is mostly gone for me even running a stock header and cat.

Best money I have spent on any car I have owned / modded to date.

Might be more repeatable just to do a rolling 3rd gear from 2000-7000 log it then find the time and compare

Thank you, I'll try to do this as well.

Just filled up with gas so plenty of time to get it done before my next tank which will be wonderful wonderful e85

I'd also like to say I highly doubt the gains are as good as I think they will be. But that's ok because it just *feels* way better than 91, I don't care about the numbers when my brain is telling me YES.

Quick rule of thumb. Minus 30 then divide by 2 will get you very close to degrees Celsius.
