Wow, I completely jinxed myself. I wen't to the gym and on my way home my vacuum line on my intake to crankcase popped off at the crankcase side. I recognized the sound instantly when I taking off from a light and around 2000 rpm's. The barb on the case was super hot and the hose refuses to stay on without a clamp now.

It's that 1 vacuum line I didn't clamp too. talk about a scare.

You will know if your burning oil via the turbo. White shitstorm everywhere behind you. And if you are smoking you will smoke for weeks, and like a sob when the cat is warm. The tinyest ammount takes forever to burn even after cleaning all the pipes.

I followed her into work today, nothing like that at all, just some condensation but it was cooler this morning @ 15C

Any of them really. You just need a sandwich plate to feed oil to it.

It's really just a matter of getting fittings that connect to the oil sandwich plate that will clear the piping.

If placing the oil cooler infront of the intercooler it would block some air, but is it enough to lessen the ability of the ic? I would assume not. I just wanted some input!

And what gauges are you guys running? afr, oil pressure/temp, boost? 2 gauges 4 outputs

It will block and heat up some of the air that would be better used going through the intercooler and radiator. Those are the most popular 4 outputs. I am using an AEM Failsafe and an Innovate MTX-D to accomplish that, although I have to say that I have had two of the Innovate oil pressure senders fail so far.

Looks like I'll be getting the fbm oil cooler. My friend has the mtx oil temp/pressure gauge already so I might as well use it. Thanks for the info! I might pm you. I might have some more questions!

Well guys, I think I'm still having my water issue. It rained all night very hard, and when I went to drive to work in the morning, the car did some sputtering just like when I had water in my intake. So I immediately drove it home to switch cars. I opened the hood, and all along that metal bracket there was puddles of water. I don't understand how I'm the only one having this issue.... Soab. Lol. I'm going to have to try something else...

Is there a way to get the boost controller to talk to the ECU directly? Say we're using ECUTEK with multi maps and we want to change maps and boost at the same time?

There is a way to have the ECU control a boost solenoid yes.

Boosted question

Alrighty so apparently my map sensor is having issues with the new kit. Map, it's reading that the barometric pressure is too high. And at about 5k it basically shuts down. Its bogging down/hesitating hard core. Sorry didn't see a better place to post this. (running full blown stage one base kit) thank you.
