LOL, Justin! I didn't take any pics yet to post since it was pretty overcast today, but I'm glad you got a nice one from the showroom.

Thank you, my friend!

The car is absolutely awesome--I am still smiling . Drove it from the dealership right over to my son's house so he could see it.

I met Justin last year when I was purchasing my Scion tC...the first car that I saw at the Toyota dealership was an FR-S (silver, I think) and came pretty close to pulling the trigger on it back then, but I bought the tC instead--which I loved and was sorry to part with.

But the FR-S stayed in my mind for the last nine months and I finally decided to take a test drive a few weeks ago.

Long story short: I'm now the very proud (and very happy) owner of an Asphalt FR-S.

Sorry, didn't see this.

The car was SUPPOSED to arrive the 8th of March (the Friday before my spring break).

Here it is, the Monday AFTER spring break

It is set to arrive sometime this week. I ordered it to my exact specification from the factory. It still having plastic on it was a required condition for me to purchase it lol.

I just started a new job at Shadeland Station, so you may be seeing my orange FR-S around.

Welcome to the forum and Asphalt club! Your story is exactly like mine. I had been following the Fr-s for about two years before it was released and needed a car for school. So, I went ahead and got the tC. About a month ago I traded it in and got my Fr-s. I loved my tC and it was a great car. But it's so nice to finally be driving my dream.

When you get it we should meet up when I'm in town! My sister goes to Purdue, and I'm at Ball State.

Thank you, Panda Grahams!

I love the color of the Asphalt (was pretty tempted by the Ultramarine)...very happy with my choice .

Hope my tC goes to a good home--loved that car!

I love it too! I was very tempted by the Whiteout and originally went to buy one, but there was an Asphalt on the showroom that had only been there for 2 days. I had never seen it in person and fell in love. Pictures don't do this car justice!

I really hope my tC finds a good home too. So many good memories with that car.
