Coilover width data for wide wheel fitment

Hi everyone,
I'm not sure if this thread is a repeat or not but i couldnt find the information i had been looking for till now.
I am looking for some soft coilovers with good quality dampers for daily driving, i have a budget around 2k (+-), i was thinking about Bilsteins but i heard that they are too wide for fitting wide wheels, especially with high offset (i will get 18*9,5 +45s).
So please share your experinces, and would appriciate if you give some suggestions for me.

If you get an OEM-style strut and run OEM style springs the fitment will be just as limited as it is stock. (e.g. Bilstein B6 or B8 or Konis and an RCE or Swift Sport spring).

If you switch to a coilover that comes with standard 60mm/2.5" ID springs you will increase your clearance to the point that you really shouldn't have to worry about it. Something like KW, AST, Ohlins, RCE T2, Fortune Auto, Feal, BC Racing, JRZ, MCS, etc etc etc
