Although I have to say, I know of no chimes and I "feel" that the car didn't do anything unusual at a theoretical 118. I do have a full Aero kit, so that probably had something to do with it.

Miller. There is a chevron. And then we stopped at the chevron of the I10 mmmm and i forget exact spot but its past where i normally junction off on the 60 after Indio. I would have to look at a map for it lol.

I typically stop of at the border to cali and put in a few gallons of 91 to dilute my ethanol content so that way I don't run out because I can't actually make it from one station to the other. =/

No worries. I usually use an E85 Locator app (it sucks for anything other than local search), but I found a really good source online. Nice video guys

I'd love to know what E locator app you're using. I only run E85 with no flex.

I can neither confirm nor deny that my speedo will read 110mph before the driver lets up.
I read here somewhere that the front end gets real light around 120 in a stock car. I seem to remember Redleader confirming that as well.
on a closed course with a semi-professional driver (and part-time tattoo artist, baby [Ricky Bobby reference anyone?]) I can say the front lightens about 115 without a rear spoiler and upwards of 130 with a stock FRS rear spoiler.

I'm amazed at how functional that little thing actually is. I mean the semi-professional driver is amazed...

It's an iPhone app called Flex-Fuel Station Locator. The icon is a red/white/blue badge and reads "Ethanol Fueled with Pride"

Thanks!

I submitted two stations I know of that aren't on their list. If you're in the east valley:

Chevron
48th St and Broadway

Valero
Pecos and Higley

Tapatalk - because smoke signals would be too easy.

@Campo I didn't know that you can make submissions. The app suddenly became more useful, as more and more people exploit the feature.

Does anyone have any motor oil laying around, or any hookups on where to get a good deal on some in the valley? I could just go on Amazon, but I figured I would ask here first.

Thanks
