Shopped for parts for the first time, this gonna make me broke lol also I'm new to messing around with cars and am trying to decide what to go with first, want to get aftermarket wheels and was looking at

or getting a set of Toms lights

or saving longer to get the Phantom SC.

Most of my money goes to the car payments so it would take me forever to save for a real turbo or SC. What do you guys think I should go with first?

I'd for for a wheels first then a exhaust and me personally if I want to turbo or SC my car I'd do it after the warranty has ended.

got those same wheels saved on my amazon wishlist and I also drive an Ultramarine. I'm waiting till I need new tires before I get new wheels but I have considered these ones.

Well, first, chc36 ...... WELCOME to the modding channel ....

I reckon ... "what to get first" depends on what you want your car to do (or to look) better.

Performance (for track, autoX, drifting)? Looks (inside/outside)? Comfort?

Outside of learning how to drive it, I would suggest tires would be right up there. Followed by a drop in free-er flowing air filter and opening up the exhaust.

What are your desires for the car?

@chc36 @EastBayCanuck i was looking at those too a while back. made this thread about them: http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?p=468285. ended up not getting them though. also worth noting is one of the replies that says that the blue accents can come off rather easily.

Oh wow, mezdup. Yea...not encouraging about the accents. I was also looking in a completely different direction at like the blue on white and the red hints at the interior accents.

And humfrz I guess I'm mainly just trying to "make it mine" its my DD and don't really track it (pretty much have to go out state for the closest one) so performance at this point isn't huge, plus I'm coming from an 03 corolla so 200 hp is already way higher than I'm used to

OK, then, that narrows it down.

If you would like to make the "sound" yours, several cat back/axle back mufflers are on the aftermarket. Since it's your DD, you may wish to look into this one:

Wheels of course .... depends on your taste and budget.

Lowering springs will make it sit sexier.

And there are all kinds of interior do-dads: armrest, LED lights, fuzzy dice, steering wheel spinner, push button radio (with reverberator).

For the outside, we have a squirrel tail on the antennae, moon hubcaps, blue dot tail lights, colored lights in the grill, windshield visor, fender skirts, port-a-walls, bug deflector, spot light, chrome side pipes, back-off mud flaps, static strap, bar grill, headlight eyelids ...... hmmmm, that should get ya started ......
