Wtf, I read almost every thread on this forum. I just commented its a little extreme to suggest ignoring someone after one off handed comment that was clearly sarcasm. Please believe this forum has plenty more interesting characters to pay attention to than you.

I think you have the answer there. People who have phones stuck to their faces expect others to be the same way.

OP, band saw the incorrect wheels in half, post pics, return to dealer.

I never said "I expected them to answer me right back" I'm clearly just asking for opinions and insights if anyone ever went through an exchange process before. I wanted to be ready in what I'll have to face and go through before they get back to me. Sorry if it seems I'm hasty on the situation but I just like to know and be ready, even with the most simplest situations at hand, it's better to know more than none at all you know? Thank you anyways

The big problem is you can not get an answer to that question on here. If it was their fault then they should exchange them with no cost to you. Should does not mean will though. If it was some how your fault (clicked the wrong colour or such) then you would be on the hook for any exchange costs since they just sent what you ordered. Either way it is just a simple human screw up and these things happen every single day.
Different companies (and even individuals in them) act differently so other people's experiences with exchanges mean nothing. Just give them a call tomorrow and let us know how you made out.

Oh and you do have a body kit to handle the sizes right?

This is exactly what I am talking about.

Simple mistakes happen. This thread is started quite prematurely and the language suggests something malicious has taken place.

Take a deep breath and relax, everything will be OK

I think we are all amazed an adult human has never had to do this before! You've been lucky so far.

Only the 3rd time you've bought something online? How is this possible?
