FWIW the foundation of the scale was based on a 2013 FR-S I owned. My dad & I put 500 miles on it in 1 year! I haven't met anyone else who did something that meaningless so I made that the starting point.
Today I drive my BRZ at a 6. I have about 1500 miles in 5 months which is still low but I do spirited drives once a month. Interestingly, my avg. MPG goes up by about 0.2-0.3 MPG each spirited drive. Probably just means that I'm mostly going downhill though. In reality, driving in traffic or super short commutes is actual "hard driving" but that's no fun...

How often do you guys change your oil? Do the guys that beat on their cars (without track time) get oil changes more often then the guys that don't? Just out of curiosity. If I have a month of where I go to have fun in twisties more than usual then I'm tempted to change it earlier... Anyways, what do you guys do?
Edit: I'm at a 7 no track time yet |
