great review. they really designed this car in every aspect for the enthusiasts with wallets on a diet- like me. the article mentioned that Scion will have a host of aftermarket parts ready to go at lunch, so that should make customization pretty easy and affordable (i hope). as far as the head unit goes, yeh it's a little rough on the eyes, but that's easily fixed. aside from that i really hope we get the cover that slides over the head unit to keep the dash looking flush when not using the radio.

Such a beautiful car (I think silver's my fav now). It's everything that modern sports cars aren't, and that's awesome.

I'm pretty sure it's for the high intesnsity fog light in Europe. Most world-wide cars have the cutouts, but in the US they just cover it with a a piece of plastic.

And to add my 2 cents. Love the seats, could get away without the red patch trim. Love the red stitching, looks like a very nice and grippy steering wheel. Love the lack of stereo, hoping it remains that way for the entry level at least. Still hoping for 16in alloys on the entry level.

Now I'm curious what are the two handles for by the seat. One adjusts the tilt of the back, and the other....?

I know that some past scion models have had large plastic covers for the radio, that could be what we are seeing in that picture

It's 100% for the factory tow hook. Pop off the cover and screw in the hook. Should only be used for flat tows for most manufacturers, not to tow the car onto a flat bed (I remember a lot of S2000 guys finding this out be experience when the hook ripped out instead of finding it out by reading the manual)

Nope. this is just a cover so you don't see the empty hole behind it, not a cover/door thingy (like the older gen tC). It's in the JDM version as well. The real question is, will we get that as option for the FR-S

Omg, that presentation video of the FR-S just hit the spot. It looks real sharp in the silver and I love that interior. Thanks for the pics and footage!
