Technically breakfast not lunch. Finally woke up early enough before work to check out Bill’s Cafe in San Jose:



Hadn’t had corn beef hash in years probably. Was good. Potatoes were a little less done than I like with country potatoes. Prefer them crispier/a bit crunchy but that’s ok.
