I don't see any reason he'd have to do that for safety reasons, unless he just doesn't want water getting in the car.

Sad part is... if it needs a roof panel the back glass/windshield would need to come out anyways for the repairs.
If this car were local to me and he didn't want so much, I'd consider it.

I would buy it and just replace all the parts with carbon fiber.

I have told several forum members about the car. The last one called the dealer to inquire and was told a deposit had been received on it and they considered it sold.

I hope a forum member bought it.

Dealer is being kinda weird about it, but apparently it's still available.

Assuming this is true, my brother is arranging to get this thing bought tomorrow. So, fingers crossed, this car will my in my (my brother's) possession soon.
