Urethane side skirts + front lip

Good day Guys

i have purchased urethane sideskirts last summer including front lip and i was wondering if theres a way to install them without percing my side quarters. i know that the windshield are boltless and the silicon they are using is very good.

should i put the 3M product + anything that will handle them?
i want to avoid touching my quarters cause i use the car every winter and the holes could rust even if i put protection.

i need advise before summer 2015 is coming.

i think you will have to drill. with all that moisture and salt that wil build up in your underbody, i think that will cause your 3m to degrade.
id recommend you drill a pilot hole, sqeeze some silicone in it, then put in your mounting screw, then some silicone over the screw heads. that should keep it pretty sealed

This is exactly what I did when I mounted mine and its held up perfectly so far.
