Where to begin. I was out backpacking in Western Europe. I was just outside Barcelona hiking in the foothills of Mount Tibidabo. I was at the end of this path and I came to a clearing and there was a lake, very secluded. And there were tall trees all around. Whispering, it was dead silent. Gorgeous. And across the lake I saw…a beautiful woman…bathing herself…but she was crying… she said, "you drive a Spyder and your last name ends with Pez" You are now called spyderpez. And I was made whole.

It's my "gamer tag".

Several years ago, my son picked the name KHawk for his Halo gamer tag, as a reference to Kitty Hawk, NC. I then picked DaDHawk for two reasons.

1) I was his father (please read in the appropriate Darth Vader voice).
2) When we play FPS, I don't usually stand a chance against my 3 kids who like to team up on Dad. So DaD actually stands for "Death after Death"

My Audi TT was named the Evil Audi by local autoxers because even though I was a novice, I did very well in the series. I kept the evil part, and added 86.

The word "Eikon" was something I picked up in church one day about 10 years ago. The paster was talking about the greek spelling of a word that was used to describe someone who acted in a way that resembled or properly demonstrated their upstanding Christian beliefs.. I thought it looked and sounded cool and I liked the meaning behind it.

I've used that name for 10 years on NICOclub.com.. When I came here, I found that somebody had already taken the name. So i added a "d" at the end.

From the Fraser Valley/Vancouver but lived in the UK/Ireland for 8 yrs (01-09) and I still have a number of friends and I Skype with some and still read UK forums, like Pistonheads, so ya I still use a lot of the terminology.

Hopefully living in the States doesn't have me saying 'Dude' and 'Bra' all the time
