Long time with no updates.

There were struggles, but I was able to integrated DSP straight into head-unit and get I2S signal from Android OS processor. Did some initial tuning yesterday, but there is still much left to do (set time delays and try to tune phases via FIR filters).

Subwoofer box is in place. System is almost finished, only few small things are left

Finalize fine-tuning DSP, but majority of work is done. All delays are set correctly, frequency response is flattened quite well using FIR filters. Might try to linearise phase shifts caused by analog crossovers using FIR filters.
Make mounts for subwoofer box (I have ideas, only need to materialise them).
Install speaker grille for subwoofer.

All I can say, that I am VERY happy with it. I think I have achieved quite good result. When system is finalized 100% I will post frequency response.

P.S. Maybe somebody has experience stopping rear view mirror rattles?

I removed mine. Lol. Of course I drive a truck that doesn't have one for a living.

Funny thing, when I removed it, several people thought I had turned my bass down. I hadnt, it just sounded cleaner. The rattles are technically a harmonic distortion from the subwoofer.
