Nice article overall, but...

From the article: "Toyota 86 and BMW 135i…
Since the demise of the Mazda RX-8, the BMW 1 Series is the only rear-wheel drive coupe available on the Australian market... until now."

Huh?? Just off the top of my head, what about the:

Nissan 370Z
Nissan GT-R
BMW 3-Series Coupe
BMW 6-Series Coupe
Mercedes C-Class Coupe
Mercedes E-Class Coupe
Mercedes SLS
Porsche Cayman
Porsche 911
Audi R8
Jaguar XK

Also Ferraris, Lamborghinis, Lotus, etc.

Yeah, cheap, and GTR is AWD.......
Although, 135i ain't cheap!!
And some of those are RWD yes, but mid engine.... Where as this was really refering to FR cars.

Oops... Looks like I stuffed up with the GTR. ;p

But looking back at the article now, what the author probably meant to say is: "Since the demise of the Mazda RX-8, the BMW 1 Series is the only small, 2+2, front-engined, rear-wheel drive coupe available on the Australian market... until now."

I'm assuming (or hoping) this car journo was aware of other 'rear-wheel drive coupes' that are available on the market...
