We always include all the variations at no charge. I build the base maps with everything already included, then it is just a matter of checkboxes for the final order.

How are you getting 25 mpg with the bigger blower?? I can barely get 20 mpg on my 210 with the current delicious tune

Can't answer that question since that isn't our tune. We see mid to high 20s on the 210, very high teens on e85.

I thought I was the only one. Been driving more conservatively (Zzzzzzzzz) and I hit 21 mpg with same set up.

Jeeeezzz don't know what you guys are doing but I get as low as 6.4 Lt / 100 km on a long run and average about 8.5

I googled the conversion to US gallons and 6.5 works out at 36 mpg and 8.5 is still over 27 mpg

I have to wonder why all the numbers you have on your tests are so different than what I saw at the 3 different tuners that I had look at my car for the last 18 months with a 335.

For example, we saw about 16-17 pounds of boost with a 72mm pulley...

Nothing about your kit/numbers seems to be close to what my kit actually did.

If I remember correctly, They are purposely tuning it in a way to not reach maximum power but hit power in a particular rpm range to make it more trackable.

You might be over compensating on the fuel injection in the higher RPMs to stave off knock. Thats the only thing I can think of.

Any issues in the 3k miles you've covered so far?

Just burning up what's left of the snow tires. Waiting for the thaw so we can put back on the coilovers and 18x9.5 rpf1s and smoke some real rubber and break some axles. We'll run this in SM auto-x at the very least this season. Got what I think may be a lousy tank of gas the last time (noticed it was going a bit slower). Took out 2 degrees of timing and it was all back to normal.

Not sure what your tuners were doing. Not that they aren't qualified per se...but you really need to live with this kit for a long time to get a handle on how the twin screw reacts. Gotta keep in mind that boost is directly related to what kind of cam timing you run. With dual VVT this means we have a TON of flexibility considering there's about 50 degrees of sweep with both intake/exhaust. That means we can time things in such a way that the effective boost and combustion pressures are less for a given amount of air.

Be interesting to see how far you get before axles/drive shafts get broken!

What's been/going to be done about additional cooling? I assume intake temps are much higher than that of the 210 kit?

I'm getting around 29mpg (UK) average on my 210 kit, good to see the 335 isn't too much different unless you're thrashing it
