here you go! the shape of the BRZ bumper allows me to build the plate right out to the edge of the lower lip of the bumper, so this application has really good coverage.

also there are several that you can see in the album in my profile!

Are they working OK for you? it looks like you are not getting anymore paint scratches in the photos, but in your opinion are they doing the job?
Scratches on my skid plates, especially the front one, are on the very edge of the front beveled edge. So far no new scratches on the bumper, but it's just a matter of time. The front skid plate does not provide enough coverage to the front bottom edge of the FR-S bumper like the BRZ front skid plate does.
IMO, I still think there is at least another 1/4" of flat area in the center of my FR-S bumper. If the center skid plate was ~1/4" wider that would greatly improve the chance of not hitting the bottom front edge of the front bumper.

I hear you, and I totally understand where you are coming from. The first prototypes were actually about 1/4" further to the front of the car (exactly as you described) , as I didn't notice the slight contour in the bumper either. (It's nearly impossible to see unless you put a straightedge on it) The issue I ran into was that the very slight up turn in the bottom of the bumper cover created a little gap that trapped dirt and rocks in between the bumper and the plate, and it was damaging the paint.

My personal car is an FRS, as well, and I'm running the same plates you are. (No special treatment for my ride!) I'm not getting any more damage, but keep us updated!

Hey everybody,

In appreciation for all the enthusiasm that we have gotten from ft86club and its members, we are running a 10% off sale on all of our products for the twins over in the commercial classifieds section.

http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showt...hlight=ProTEKt

Time and quantities are limited though, so if you are looking to get a set, now is the time.

Thanks,
Mitch

Nope!

I've got the 2017 FRS parts done and in stock, but I'm still looking for a BRZ to do the design work.

Thanks,
Mitch

I'm looking for the BRZ skid plates compatible with the STi front lip. Is there one available? I checked the website but didn't see anything specific for the STi front lip...
