My headers are catless, but I do have a high flow catted front pipe (Berk).

I'm mostly concerned about engine bay temps and keeping coil packs alive as I start to track more

I would do the over pipe and the front pipe too.

Any reason for the front pipe specifically? It never crossed my mind.

And I'm guessing you can only coat the outside of a catted pipe? Whereas the headers and over pipe could be inside and outside?

There is debate on whether temperatures are what kills the coils, I had mine fail with a coated header and an oil cooler. My dealer replaced them and the entire wiring harness under warranty in August and I haven't had an issue since (I've done 7 trackdays and 16 autocrosses since without issue).

If you are sending out the headers, then get the front and overpipe done as well. It will only help keep your car healthy and the cost is minimal. It's hard to have too much cooling on a track car.

The front half with the cat is pretty well in the engine bay. If you look down between the passenger side head and firewall you can see it. The cat holds a ton of heat.

I think that is correct on coating the inside of a catted pipe, but I don't know for sure.

IMO, for out right timing, Harry's and a modern smart phone do a surprisingly good job. Where it falls short, is when you export the data and try and work with it. The data overlay is improved if you use an OBDII dongle, but when you're dealing in 0.1, between on/off throttle, the amount and frequency of data points being collect by Harry's falls short. I remember looking at data collected at the bus stop at WGI 2 years ago, trying to compare a brake trace [Edit: between multiple laps] (Harry's doesn't, at least not on a twin) and looking at throttle tip in, there just wasn't enough data points to really do a proper comparison.

EDIT: My ultimate conclusion is this: Harry's Lap Timer does a good job if you want to time yourself. And it will give you relatively accurate lateral g loading. You can look at your laps and see where you can maybe push a bit harder here or there. Where it falls short is if you want to actually work with that data and compare multiple laps and really see where you're gaining or losing time.
I'll also note that the quality of data you get from running a GPS or g-meter depends heavily on the quality of your mount. Friend of mine was on course with me and I was following him and having no issue keeping up around the bends. His phone was indicating he was pulling 1.6gs and mine was only reporting 1.2gs despite obviously cornering faster than he was. Find out his video is a blurry unwatchable mess and the flimsy mount was reporting much higher g-force ratings than he was really getting.

Moral of the story: Fork out for a good, solid mount if you want useful data. I paid $30 for mine and I'm very happy with it.

Yes. Saves your tie rod boots.

For those that daily their car as well as track, what kind of OCI are you running on 300V?

Now that I'm tracking a bit more I'm thinking about changing over but drive about 30k miles a year outside of track

I sent my oil in to Blackstone and have been slowly increasing my oil change intervals. Currently at 7k miles interval with about 2 track days/month. Oil analysis is cheap and gives you a much better look at your oil & engine health.

I also UOA every oil change.

Best way to determine oil change invervals.

With track season coming up, I was watching videos of my previous track days to see where I could improve. One thing that I just remembered that happens sometimes in braking zones, the car swings left and right, almost feels like the rear end lost all grip. I wish I could remember if I was applying the same braking force as all the other laps where it didn't occur. What could be causing it?

See video, start at 9:00 at the second braking zone. I will try to find my other track day videos where it's more evident.
