You can see the OEM hose traced in red, with what I assume is the check-valve surrounded in the light blue box?

The OEM brake booster hose looks like it'll be long enough. And it has a check valve. If the OEM hose is not long enough, do I just need to source a hose that can go from the blue box to the back of manifold?

EDIT: Here is a higher-resolution version of the picture above for more detail: https://s16.postimg.org/okf5380zp/Sc...4_103206_1.png
Looks like I've used my stock brake tube. Just make sure it's not under the blower when you bolt it down, or you're gonna have a hell of a time. As it is, it barely has enough reach to tap the port on the SC, but it is possible and ive been running it.

also does it bug anyone else about the brake booster line facing up lol?

Or is that done for a reason.

I almost wanna cut it off and re-weld it pointing down.

Thanks! I can easily purchase extra tubing to run from the check valve to the blower. I'm just not sure why innovate would include a separate check valve in their original kit if the stock one is in there. Maybe I just didn't understand the instructions.

Part of my day job involves quality control and user design experience... I am constantly bothered by lack of clarity in instructions!

the hose provided by sprintex goes from the connection at the top right (where it provides the vacuum for the brake cylinder) to the back of the supercharger.

Someone else will need to comment on using oem check valve. Should be fine if you can reuse it. You definitely need a check valve though so I wouldnt try brakes till you get it.

How did you know this was your problem? Ive had this installed for a year and now I am having problems. I lose almost an inch of coolant from overflow bottle over 30 min of driving when warmed up. Cant find leaks anywhere. Thought it was the pump but the pump holds fine if dried coolant provides a seal. Ordered another pump anyways.

Wondering of any tests I can do to see if its leaking into the manifold before taking off the manifold and sending it for warranty.

Also, I am feeling water moving before and after the core that is inside the blower. Just dont know if its any less than when I first installed a year ago. I am not getting any CEL but have some power loss after temps reach normal operating temps.

Also does anyone know the operating pressure of the intercooler system? I want to put pressure to the entire system and see what i can find.

Anyone else experiencing issues with extreme jerkiness around 3000 RPM and car stalling that stops. Just started happening over the last week or two.

He also said a "heartbreaker" dyno, which could mean that it's reading 10-15% lower than the typical dynojet, so it might really be 300whp vs something more like 255 with the 210 when comparing apples to apples.

Maybe bad batch of fuel is causing you to pull timing, and lose too much power at the surge point. Does kinda sound AFR related if you're stalling.

All -- I'm looking around for a 72.5mm pulley, but it seems raceseng discontinued it, and therefore it isn't sold anywhere. Would anyone be willing to part with theirs for $$, or trade for a 69mm?

I won't be able to run the 69mm (and it is currently up for sale in the sale section).

Thanks!
