Here you guys go:

FT86SpeedFactory Catted UEL Header
Perrin Over Pipe
Perrin Catless Front Pipe
ARK DT-S Catback

I've since replaced the Perrin test pipe with the factory front pipe... top end was just too buzzy/raspy, even though I couldn't hear it from inside. It's a bit quieter now, but on the bright side, I got my low end torque back :p

Edit: Here it is with the STOCK front pipe...

I've been looking all around and I can not find a video of the chatted headers with only a 2.5" perrin unres catback installed. Anyone have one or any input on this combination for that matter?

So I finally got around to taking off my header today to inspect the cat and everything looks fine to me. Since I had it off I threw a defouler on the 2nd O2 sensor. Hopefully this prevents the CEL from coming back.

If this doesn't work I guess the next step will be to try a new O2 sensor?

You can still get a CEL with a high flow cat, especially if running other exhaust/intake bits. I'd get a tune if I were you or put back some stock pieces (assuming you aren't stock).

Only other mods are drop in filter and motiv catted front pipe. The only reason I got this header was so I wouldn't need a tune or have to deal with CELs

there is no science behind this but i think the CEL is coming from running too lean. each "bolt on" leans the car out on the stock tune. especially the drop in filters. just my guess though.

Here's a couple vids of my car on the FT-86 SpeedFactory Catted UEL Header. Mods are listed in the videos ...

VERY SATISFIED with the header and its performance ... very smooth power gain and the torque dip is eliminated completely. All without a tune ...

(Looking to get a tune soon to really take advantage of the header!)

Let me know if you have any questions!

Cold start and quick highway run (with surprise ending!)

I have very similar set up but perrin op + tomei fp + q300. I think mine would sound like yours since op & fp are just pipe and there are no huge difference among those. After I heard yours, Im more desperate waiting for mine, but it wont be any soon~ lol

Well I know there was maybe one or two people that were getting the P2096 lean code and I believe they had a full exhaust system. I'm getting a P0420 which is basically reading that the cat is bad or inefficient.

Also I was running this header with the same exact setup for roughly 1.5-2k miles without any issues and now the CEL will come back every 50-60 miles

Even with the defouler the CEL came right back today. Guess I'll try a new O2 sensor
