Just logged while driving home from work, I don't know how to read this, can someone have a look?

Is it knocking?

This log is "useless" without going wide-open-throttle (WOT).
Do a couple of 3rd gear pulls from 2500-7000 and share it again.

Hey, thanks for the explanations, it helps a lot to understand.

I have a question, mainly I wonder how much of an importance the knock has in terms of safety (engine´s life). So which of these two is correct?:

A) Knock only affects performance. Like, if the tune is not correct, I will ONLY have lack of performance due to reduced timing by the ECU, but no harm to engine, because the knocks are always avoided by correcting IAM and FLKC

B) Knock affects performance and ALSO harms engine due to often knocks, even if they are being constantly reduced

May be a silly question, but I want to know how "critical" is that I take a look at logs and start working on that (using EU fuel)

sensor are quite sensitive , and ecu acts fast with the knock correction tables
so while NA you basicaly have no harm inside the engine even if it corrects a lot
while FI it can be a lot more dangerous
