I have a set in 17x8 et48 dark grey finish with 225/45/17 Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires.
I use them on track and have done about 10 track days.
They have been fine so far, no bends or cracks. Haven't noticed any rock chips in the finish either.
Paired with the Michelin tires the wheels required minimal weights to balance.
I would prefer a lower offset, 45 or 43 would have been nice to help clear the front shock absorber on stock suspension with camber bolts. If I want to run a 235 or 245 section tire I will have to use a set of 3mm or 5mm spacers.

Judging from the posts, looks like I was wrong...

I'm semi interested, looking for some NT03's but I want something in 17x9, it looks like the +40 will provide some concave features on the face and it looks like I need to be considerate of offset... but now that these are 2 years old, I wonder if they are still around...

I think they would have been popular if it weren't for the price.

If you have aftermarket coilovers with springs that are a smaller diameter than the stock springs, a 40 offset will clear.

These wheels are in regular production so any good Enkei dealer should be able to get you a set.

They are not very popular and it's nice to not see every other 86 with the same set of wheels. I haven't seen any one else with NT03RR in my city.

Another thing to keep in mind is that these are a motorsport/racing design with exposed lug seats which makes it easy to put a socket or pair of pliers on the lug nuts. While that makes the lugs easy to remove, they are also easily tampered with. I swap the wheels on and off for track days and run my stock wheels on the street.
