Also did a baseline pull on PRE's Dyno Dynamics dyno.. about 70 degrees and dry at 9am. I'm surprised that the environmental info isn't printed on the sheet. Hmmm.

Dynojet typically reads higher. Dyno Dynamics is the heart breaker.

I'm looking at Perrin downpipe, overpipe and 3" exhaust, and a set of UEL headers (JDL or Borla?)
Curious why 3" Exhaust, isn't that really only needed past 350 WHP or am I mistaken? Also you allready have Oil cooler and diff rad? Also the fa20 headers looked good to, not a win with those?

3" exhaust will be good as it will support future upgrades in power. 3" front pipes coming. No 3" overpipes that I know of (no room).

Is there much point to going 3" if the overpipe is only 2.5". Won't that restrict it and make a traffic jam type scenario for the air?

My understanding (and that of several in the know) is to go bigger as close to the manifold (or header) as you can get. The gains are obviously greatest when you go turbo and remove backpressure. Granted, staying 2.5" would *not* be a dumb move either.

under 300whp, I've heard 2.5" is fine.
@DarrenDriven Do the injectors need to come out during the SC install? If they do, I'm curious how they look, there has been a recent debate heating up regarding the injector seals failing, and the injector tips look like burnt shit. I know your car is not a DD, but would be interesting to see if there are early signs of failure or not. Just a little concerned with the recent drama here.

I remember reading about the injector seals failing a long time ago, but didn't think much of it, and it came up again recently.

Although these cars were the Nurbring track rental cars, they still get maintained pretty well (probably better than most street cars), yet both of their track cars direct injectors failed.

Its hard to determine, since apparently there are non-reuseable parts when you take the injectors off, and no one wants to take them off just to "check" them.
