So I showed up at SOG today with that information and the VIP paperwork with the intent on ordering it. They apparently hadn't been able to order em for a while so were on the belief that they still couldn't, I told em what SOA said and the salesperson went to confirm with the sales manager. Once SOG confirmed that they could order the BRZ I want it was smooth sailing and a $1,000 deposit.

Estimate is June 21st.

Good to hear that SOA is finally catching up a bit. I ordered my GBS BRZ Premium through Troncalli Subaru in Cumming, GA back in August, and they got it in Tuesday. I picked it up yesterday afternoon, and have been grinning like an idiot ever since.

Where are we gonna see you? We should all get together and drive from the tip of ga to the bottom haha wasting gas. Idk I'd be down for something like that maybe we could change it from the borders of ga to something smaller? Idk it'd be cool to all get together, eat, and then go for a nice drive. Anyone else interested in doing this?

Yeah... To an extent... I know a welder who's gonna try to fix it for free. Plus the insurance paid me more than I paid for it so I guess it's a good thing haha. If it can't get fixed I'm in a HUGE battle with my brain thinking of what exhaust to get haha

Wow really? The insurance covered your aftermarket part(s)?

I've never been in that situation of having aftermarket parts damaged in an accident, so I'm just not aware what the procedure is.. how'd you get them to cover it? Or is it standard policy..?

@Ahernandez0909, by the way.. I recently saw your post asking What ECU Tuning is.. LOL, dam these guys can be hardasses on this forum.. hope you don't take too much offense to it though. I think most of them have that response to ANY basic question.

You thinking of getting a tune, or just curious in general?

USAA asked me if any of my aftermarket parts were damaged and that they would have covered them if they were.

I told them that I want my car the exact same as it was the minute before their customer rear ended me. They apologized to me because I made a big deal about it and they asked me how much I paid for it and if I have documentation. I bought it used from the coolest guy I know, @ATL BRZ for "used" price. I told them I bought it new for $299, and they told me they'd be sending me a check with that price soon. I told them hell no I paid for shipping too. So they asked me how much shipping was and I bullshitted 30-40 dollars thinking that's about how much it would be so they said we'll send you a check of $334. I sighed and said I guess that'll be fine.

About that other thread, it means a lot to me that you would say that because I was seriously offended. They reported me to the mods for "insulting" them, so I got an "infraction." If I get more my account will be banned. I never said any bad words or anything close to what they said to me like "d*ck" and "assholio." So thanks for the kind words. I am seriously considering a tune, but they're so expensive. They said that without the cable it'll be a lot cheaper so I'm thinking of finding someone in Atlanta that has a cable that I can borrow every time I need to change the map. I really want it, just a bit too expensive.
