Dipstick Reading With Oil Cooler

Just installed Jackson Racing oil cooler. Added an additional quart. Should the dipstick reading be higher than its "normal Range"?

Oil level in the pan"should" be the same with or without the cooler. Dipstick measures pan depth

only if you're measuring after the vehicle sat overnight for the entire system to drain down.

checking after the motor is ran enough to build up pressure should result in a standard reading.

Shouldn't be he case if the oil filter's drain back valve is doing its job.

Easy enough to know, check cold and check after a startup.
