Do you plan on getting an oil cooler?

245 F isn't that hot = 118 deg C and bear in ind that the stock temp measurement point is on the gallery, so about 8-10 degrees hotter than it woudl be in the sump - which is the normal point of reference

as you typically want to maintain 100 deg C in the sump for best power

Not at this time. How much longer does it take to get up to temp in comparison with oil cooler?

It went really smoothly. No issue so far.

I did a good 6 consecutive 3rd gear pulls to check everything was running nicely but so I haven't stressed it properly yet.

I've got a track day booked in February, but until then I need to sort out the suspension, wheels and brakes!

I plan to do some proper track endurance logs to show how good the IATs are for this kit.

I'd also just like to add the cat back exhaust is a thing of beauty

I would love to know how the IATs are. I sometimes feel I may have over done it by getting an oil cooler haha.

I'd like to know how the Delicious Tuning works. Do you have the nameless headers and front/overpipe, or do you have a different set up? 2.3 I'd assume is headers and all. Welcome to the Cosworth crowd! Us lucky few

Ok... I've had the two codes P0171 and C1201 pop up for the second time within a 2 month period. I don't know what to make of the issue so I sent Cosworth an email. Hopefully they can help me figure this out.

P0171 is lean on bank 1. Check all in take pipes including the breathers. Make sure the manifold is torqued down properly - if one side is tight and the other looser it can cause an air leak.

Next thing is to check the exhaust manifold. I replaced the gaskets on my stock manifold because one cyclinder, I forget which one, was showing signs of exhaust gas creepage.

C1201 shows as an ABS related fault. Makes no sense to me that one, but hopefully Cosoworth might be able to help.

I'd speak directly with Matt Feasey rather than Cosworth USA.

It's a pain that its so infrequent, otherwise i'd try to reset the codes and make it happen while doing some logs....

I emailed Cosworth yesterday, and got a reply this morning. They want me to do a data log and then send it to them. Matt Feasey said he'd look it over and do a custom tune. He suspects it's the maf sensor, but I'm going to make sure everything is tight. The abs light is just a byproduct of the CEL.

Also, I've only been in contact with Cosworth in the UK, so I can't comment on Cosworth USA.
