Got the car washed. Gotta love unlimited hand car washes. Those bugs were crazy.

I haven't been able to find a changelog though...would like to keep up with the tweaks personally.

That's hard to say, before the flash I was mostly all hwy miles at 29.5ish, after the flash I have 0 hwy miles, cause I was working off site in town and its 45 min of stop and go light to light crap....26ish on that but back to my regular schedule now, so will be more hwy cruising.

Yes agree with that! Took about 2 hrs detailing mine this morning after i got up. Definitely a shit ton of bugs, some where huge and some were small but it was def gross. Used the powerwash this morning so ill probably do a nice detail wipe down tonight once the suns down and give it a wax maybe if im up for it...

thats the thing, as I see there are only 2 ways Id go about it:
Method 1, the retard method: Drive through the night, 11PM-5/6AM to get to the LA area, trunk loaded with car wash stuff Find a touchless wash bay thats open 24hr in a place where I wont get shot Wash the car from 6AM-8AM, then get some breakfast Head to the meet (starts at 10AM) and then whenever its all over, head home-- hopefully get home before midnight. Method 2, less retarded: Drive down saturday, crash at a shitty motel/hotel, wake up early Sunday and get the car washed, then head over to the meet. |

@yruryruryruyruyr - was calculated after fillups...I tried to granny drive in the city....with the obvious slow roll point being down univ, through the asu campus....scenery can be mighty nice round there.
@Matt - Should clean it, load it on a trailer, cover it, transport it, offload and go to meet.....then there is 0 chance of getting shot in a shitty motel/24 hr car wash! |
