Visconti stg 1

Guys, this tune is no joke. Getting in on the group buy is the best 750 I might have ever spent.

I stopped in at P&L to see @Visconti and @P&L Motorsports working on the turbo, and while I was there I got the flash. You see, I think it was an act of fate. The night before I cashed out 750 exactly while playing poker, the same as the cost of the groupbuy.

While the racerom has fun features such as the auto launch and flat footed shifting, the real gems are all of the little things the tune does. There is a noticeable gain in power throughout the entire rev range in addition to smoothing out the dreaded torque dip.

Also, as one of the first reporters of the idle dip/stutter, I can say that the tune indeed cleans this up. Since I've been flashed, I've yet to get the dip. Additionally, the car just seems to run much smoother, and is more stable.

if you're in the midwest, do yourself a favor and stop by P&L in the next 2 days while John is there to get this done. It's an hour of your time, and a little coin, but worth every penny. If you want a preview of the flash, pm me.

P.s. I'm not getting anything for this post, I'm just an excited customer. This is the way the car should have come from the factory.

It's worth it. The car wants to chirp the tires shifting from second to third on pump gas alone. I bet it's a beast on e85 (relatively speaking).

Lucky for me I have a gas station that does e85 right next to my freeway exit! Might wait till the flex fuel update so I can run the 91 and e85. Does your tune have the Autolaunch, no lift shift, and rev matching already? Man I really should jump in it while the group buy is still going save some cash for the inevitable e85 tune.

Awesome, I just can't wait for mine! Someone needs to make a Visconti sticker. It will be the only one that I sport on my car.

Does the flash your car has have these features enabled already? I thought they weren't due for another couple weeks?

Did that guy just say "rad" lol...jk.

anyways, do you have any other mods aside from the flash? i'm wondering if the flash is worth it if you don't have some mods at least.

It's definitely worth it, even bone stock.

And if you have E85 available, then you REALLY need to talk to visconti. Here's a dyno of an otherwise stock car vs his E85 map.

He let me play around with them a little. I think it was because the johnnies italian ice put him in a good mood.

saving money is always good.

Can you give us another update when those parts go on the car? A tune, exhaust, and pulley are what I plan on putting on my ride. Let me know how it all goes together.
