Sleep, water, healthy food, more sleep.

With the cumulative sleep deficit created by our normal lives, it can take awhile to get enough sleep to finally get into "recovery mode".

I hope you feel better soon.

Sleep and water part is good... eating healthy is the issue. Always eat weird flavor junk food lol

I drinks lots of water, take 2 aspirin every 4 hours, get lots of rest (i.e. long naps).

Prevention? Wash hands often, refrain from sloppy kissing (except with SO, assuming she is not coughing nor has a fever).
