I'm about to pull the trigger on this, just need to get my KW sc kit sold. Will be a nice winter project

Just a quick question tho, if I want to keep my TRD exhaust, would I need this : http://www.ptuning.com/subdir/itemde...ModelDe;sc=FRS

Yupp, since ours is a v-band, you have to use that adapter for the 2 bolt connector.

I just contacted Freddy a week or 2 ago and got a quote on it. The plan is for a conservative E85 tune at roughly 430whp.

Hey guys. It's been a while.

A local shop had a dyno day so I thought I'd post up my sheet. Here are a few pertinent notes:

Stock injectors (didn't originally install the ones that came with the kit)
PTuning Turbo (GT3076)
PTuning Exhaust
JDL UEL Header
Delicious Tuning Flex Fuel Kit
E85 (not sure actual content; DT needs to get that iOS app out)
Exedy Stage 1
ambient temp 108 degrees F
local tuner (this map wasn't a dyno tune; just taking logs and tweaking a bit)

The FIC 850cc injectors are going in late this week, and we are going to retune on the dyno. The dyno day was at a place with a Dyno Dynamics IIRC. We will be tuning on a MAHA. Anyway here is the dyno chart from last week:

It's cool to see the boost gauge right next to the throttle gauge. I didn't expect such minimal lag. Interesting stuff.

Yep, same kit. The car is making 360 whp on E85 on a dynojet... stock motor.

Installed the new injectors on Friday and retuned. This is on E79.

Screwing around Sunday I popped an exhaust clamp when the clutch slipped near the top of 5th and the engine shot up to rev limiter. Scared me at the time but it's all good now.
