235/40R18x8.5 square on sportline springs

Anybody seen a setup like this? I've used the search and haven't found anything. My frs is lowered on eibach sportline springs and I have a buddy selling the above size tires and rims. Just want to make sure they for before I spend the money.

What's the offset? And the bolt pattern.

Also since it's your buddy, ask to try one wheel if you want to be really sure. Best to put it in the front, that's where most of the clearance issues occur. It will also give you a better idea of the look on the car.
