I thought you Series 2.0 folks would get a kick out of this:

I was gonna let you have it, but I decided to be nice as this is my final post on this forum. This car got me nothing but compliments, on the daily. I had to sell it because of a career/location change. All the owners of the RS 2.0 are lucky. I guarantee you, out of all the variations of the FR-S/ BRZ/ GT 86/ Toyota 86, this one will be the most cherished and the only one to go up in value.

P.S. Jealously is an ugly human trait.

Don't kill the messenger I thought it was funny since there was a lot of back and forth over the color on the Series 2.0 in here when it came out.

I personally like the black and white versions while I drive a silver myself although I know they are the two hardest to keep clean. I think we all get the compliments no matter what the color is.
This car just looks better than most of what's out there right now short of the few expensive exotics. I also get a "nice car" almost every other time I drive it from kids all the way up to old folks and everything in between.

hey all,

does anybody on here know what paint is used on the TRD wheels that the 2.0 comes with? I hit a sidewalk while turning and now there is a massive chunk of paint missing from the edges of the rim.

thanks,

I just bought number 050. I just joined this forum and haven't posted anything, came upon this registry and seems none of the 3 (!) previous owners signed up for the registry. I live in the Bay Area, CA. Is there somewhere else I'm supposed to sign up for this registry?

There's a Facebook group called FR-S 2.0 Group, I'm in the Bay as well!

Er, thanks for signing me up as #50, but I stupidly was going off my VIN, I'm actually 179. Sorry!

Just picked up my RS 2.0 on Saturday #372 (CPO 13k miles, $20k)

So far it's great except for the fact that the day after, I noticed a stitch was broken in the driver's seat bolster. I took it back into the dealer and they said they'll call their interior vendor/repair place, so I'm hoping they fix it.
Ordered a few parts already, have more planned for later. I'll be keeping all my stock parts as well.
