UEL header opinions

So I'm in the market for a good PERFORMANCE UEL header. Probably something comparable to the Nameless EL in terms of performance. Cheap is also a plus since I'll be going FI pretty soon(within the next 3 or 4 months).

Why waste money if you're planning FI anyways. Makes sense for supercharger, but if you're going turbo, don't waste money... unless you have money to burn.

Mostly looking for some slight power/torque gains along with a tune to hold me over while I plan out my turbo build.

Header + tune, unless you go with the OFT/OFH route is 2k+.

either way, thats at least 1g down the drain that you probably should just put towards your FI purchase.

JDL UEL, look no further if you want the best. Comes with a price, coating options, and a lifetime warranty.

Using a header for 3-4 months seems pretty dumb if you're going turbo. I'm with the rest of the comments on here. Put it towards your turbo. I wouldn't call that a life choice. That's just a really bad short term decision.

I never said I HAD to have cheap, which is a relative term anyways, but the cheaper the better. My only two requirements are UEL and as close to Nameless EL performance as possible. If you don't have anything to say that's related to my question, don't post. Kind of getting tired of all the people on these forums that feel the need to give ALL of their opinions except the one people ask for in every thread.

Thank you for at least giving something towards the subject.

So you're saying "the cheaper, the better" yet you're about to waste money on a header you are replacing in 3-4 months. Do you even know how a turbo manifold works?

People are trying to help you if anything. Don't take it so personal. If you have money to spend, go right ahead.

Listen. a JDL UEL + all that other junk AND a tune is going to run you near 2.2k. That is HALF of a turbo kit that you are going to get in 3 or 4 months.

I know you don't want life choices, but I'm the kind of guy that says "Don't do that!" when i see a kid eat paint chips.

Did you have a tune done as well? Does it deal well with the torque dip?

Just get the Tsudo or Agency Power header because it's evident you are cool with just throwing money away.
