How much more do I have to read to find HOW MANY KITS ACTUALLY LEAKED?

Why is that so hard for a guy spouting "facts"?
I don't need to prove you anything to you @Toma. I already read and saw what happened, learned the FACTS. Knowledge is power, educate yourself on the issue. Simple as that.

@enouf just educated you further.

I wonder if Toma is actually Visconti hiding in a different profile to save face.

@Toma, for your information there are 8 people that have spoken up about the fuel leak on the FF kit. 1 of the 8 had recurring fuel smell which was taken care of by double clamping the incorrectly sized hose. There could be others that have not been documented.

While I agree finger pointing without concrete proof is a futile gesture, nobody should deny the absolute clusterfuck John & Rich have done with the FF kit to date. If you haven't already, just take a look through my posts for all the heated exchanges I've had with them.

John and Rich still vehemently deny that their kit is anything but safe. I've been reasonable from the start (safety upgrades/improvements to the kit that will make it sell better in the future should be free of charge to the guinea pigs i.e. the first adopters of the FF kit) but after numerous brush offs and now stonewalling, I'll do everything I can to let others know never do business with them.
~20% failure is atrocious...

Maybe this has been asked/answered already, but how does the date of the fire coincide with the announcement of the new fuel fittings? i know i first heard of them 8/2, but perhaps they were out sooner.

If the fittings were released after the fire could it be seen as an admission of faulty design?

@Toma, please stop commenting further. Just PM me if you want more information on the FF kit issues. I can talk to you all day about it.

I have been reasonable by not posting "OMMEHGERD MY VISCONTI FF KIT IS BLOODY LEAKING" all over the general forums, that's why I've kept it all in the FF thread and my vendor feedback thread. Please do let me know if this needs more exposure. I will be happy to post it all over the forums if I have to.

He's definitely not. He's had plenty of negative things to say about Visconti in the past. He's just trying to coerce people to wait for the official word to come down before gearing up to crucify someone. And trolling Sportsguy. I think he has both as goals haha

He's just trolling @enouf, just a kid that needs attention. Ignoring him is just what the doctor ordered

The new fittings were released after, but who knows in what part of development they were when this happened.

There are too many posts to thank (I need @Guff's thanking wand). So I'll do a general thank you to all the posts that follow my sentiment that John & Rich need to get their head out of the hole in the ground and do something right for a change.

Yeah, just bored tonight. My Dyno appointment tonight cancelled due to some electrical gremlins (which have also been know to start fires) ,

I should actually take the opportunity to go work on my own car a bit.
