The first house my wife and I purchased was owned by a retired aircraft engineer widower. He installed a built-in mini-lathe, mini-mill, a drill press and grinder/sander stand in the basement/workshop/garage along with an upgraded panel and 3-phase power to run it all. It was super handy and was definitely a huge selling point for me. When we moved 4 yrs ago, I ended up taking the drill press and grinder stand, but left the lathe & mill. I regret it to this day.

He also tried to toss in his Triumph TR6 into the sale of the house. It was a beauty but I didn't think it was financially sound to pay a mortgage that included the cost of a tiny old sports car lol

Now over a decade later, I've figured what I'm interested in & wanna do. Might be worth going back and get a degree to make my resume pretty and look for a job that I wanna do... & if you guys are wondering, no there's no such job called "ban hammering members". If I was, I'll prob be rich by now lmao
I got my degree in my mid 20s. Same deal I just didn't know what my calling was until I started flying airplanes. I have a Masters now though and I'm doing alright. This was from my last flight to Chicago.

And you probably regret that too just a little... I mean houses are good debt, cars are bad debt, but maybe you think about it sometimes. The arc where you paid an extra $50/mo and had sweet little convertible...

I laser engraved the logo. It is made in Oregon, has replaceable batteries, adjustable brightness, and a lifetime warranty. I litterally always have one on me. If you start to carry it, you will use it. Press and hold from either on or off to change the brightness.

Interesting. I always wanted to be a pilot but flight school was ridiculously expensive, not to mention all the cost of getting flight hours in. I ended up going to engineering school instead... I have some commercial pilot (FEDex) buddies and they seem jaded and only see themselves as glorified truck drivers, but sometimes I wonder...

Funny enough, I bought the BRZ no too long after...
