Personally, I like the spoiler, although my opinion appears to be the deviant one.
I think it is important to remember the SIZE of the car, this car is very small, that is smaller than the average car. Thus a normal sized spoiler may appear EXTRA LARGE when it is placed on this car (because the car is very small, look at the dimensions!). So in proportional/relative terms , the car may look like it has a park bench on it. However in absolute terms, the car is fitted with a normal sized CF spoiler. Hence, this example reflects the important rule of, look at it in Real Life, then formulate your 'final' opinion. You could also say that the spoiler is too racy, but I like it, its shows a more distinctive style than flatboard spoilers, and more personality than a lip spoiler and etc. But that's just me and my opinion alone, we don't have to share the same opinion which is a good thing because it allows diverse opinions and thoughts on this forum than a simply monotone place to chat. I like it. |

I am inclined to agree with your reasoning. I'm not a fan of spoilers in general - the '90s-to-current rice scene ruined them for everyone; however, this car seems to make it somewhat...dare I say...bearable? It definitely fits the style of the car. THAT BEING SAID, I think it actually looks better WITHOUT the spoiler. Without it, it looks mean as hell! I love all of the other styling of the car, and I personally hope they keep it EXACTLY like this if the G-sport version is ever released to the states. Sure, some of the styling seems to be mostly for aesthetics, but I LOVE it all. It makes this car unique. If you removed all of those 'accents' it would probably look like a dumb ass Ford Escort ZX2... Remember those silly cars? Ugh. And as for the Nissan styling bits, I'm not so sure I agree. Honestly, I feel like it has more elements from the LFA than any Nissan... |

Idk, I think it kinda needs a spoiler, looks like its missing something without one, but I don't quite love the way they did that one. Idk if painting it and not leaving it CF would change that or not but I think it should have a spoiler of some kind painted, and more then a lip spoiler.

Maybe its just the ricer in me but i like the look of "GT" style wings with a wide base and roof height. Kinda like the sierra sierra evo and most other time attack cars
I think a spoiler like this would look mean as hell on a track prepped FT |

this ft-86 g would be a nice replacement for my supra.
Just lose all the graphics and the wing black on black, and call it a day

I personally love the wing on it. The rear end just looks naked without something there. (must also be my inner ricer)

I'd like a lip spoiler or something more akin to a NISMO or a Cobra Mustang. Somewhat subtle (compared tot hat monster), but obvious to people in the know. I'll probably wait for the G Sports version, whatever form it will take.
