A good recommendation to Agency Power, would be to Dyno each item. Catback only, then add a header, then remove Cats... etc.

That would be great, because some customer only want some parts not all. So if I want the catback system, I have no idea how much power does that make and don't know if it is worth it.

Sounds beautiful. now I need a vid of a drive by please
Tryin to see how much money i have on my credit card. I want the system for the sound alone.
40hp does sound a bit nuts to me but i have 23 with just ported stock headers, catless mid and intake on my GT-S

I don't know, you could see very close to those numbers with a good I/H/E set-up on an 06-11 Civic Si, even without a tune. I'm more skeptical about the torque numbers than the hp though. I guess we'll just have to wait and see if this can be backed up. If so, count me in

Its the same base run. We made 155whp out of our car on the same dyno. Our numbers where also right in line with many others.

And all this without a tune? Still seems like to much HP but I hope that is legit.
I will bring out the details in the morning on which parts of the AP exhaust was used. The car ran without a tune. Stock ECU, Stock Airbox

a 2.0 making +40hp on exhaust and headers? yeah maybe if one run was on cheap gas and the next on race gas
You still will not see a good gas gain because you are still running stock mapping in the stock ECU. Race Gas would hurt power and be a waste of time and money.

I'm not about to put something up that can not be backed up. I will say results will vary, Each car is broke in different, runs different and so on. You guys forget, Its not a Toyota motor. Its a Subaru. You can get these types of gains just off a tune on some Subaru's. And this motor runs very well. We were all surprised at the high number.

Because AP did their homework.

Stock i made 161 on a dynojet so + 8 hp on exhaust should be around 169 + 18 hp conservative gains from a header = 187whp. Plus i think that car has a test pipe installed since it is very loud so extra hp there.

I am not doubting vivids claims since i know that high compression engines react very good to I/H/E i know that s2k's can gain up to 25 hp just from headers.
Thank you. You made a few more on the Dynojet then our Mustang. People don't seem to understand how a well made quality system can make things happen.

Hahah. We still have to set up the KW v2 we have on the car. But I promised some dyno action last week. So here it was!

Stock ECU, Stock AirBox. Sorry I should have been more clear. Lots of locals have seen the airbox we have made. And I forgot that its not been posted yet.

When the 2006 WRX came out people did the same thing. How can a WRX stock make almost as much as a STi.. NEVER... lol You all asked for me to post up dyno stuff and I did.

No its not. And this is a very well designed motor from Subaru and Toyota. So why not? Honda can do it.

Ha.. a drive by. Those are hard to do with a cell phone. I tried to do my best just with the dyno run.

Ok, I am off to dinner. I will be back after a bit to help with questions.

Pretty sure what happened was he answered to seven people in one post including you so most probably he just quoted all of you and when he read it was just your quote, not your original post, so he genuinely didn't know where you from.
