There is a difference in "from" and "live there". The "from" picture is probably accurate whereas the "live there" can be almost anything.

Back when they had a paper mill on the tide flats in Tacoma it was

Pee you e a loop.

Was downwind most of the time and the whole valley smellt of sulfer or elderberrys or whatever.
