I was out for lunch with wife and a friend of hers and the topic handbags and cameras came up. Wait! There is relevancy between the two. I stupidly asked "But how many handbags do you need?" to which wife asked me "How many cameras do you own?" I didn't know off hand so I had to count them. F**k! Why do I have seven cameras? And that's including the 2nd hand one I bought about two weeks ago. Seriously, I have to get rid of some. Well, maybe one.

I'll buy one!

As long as it's full frame DLSR and cheap...

A few shots from the last couple weeks or so:

Former BRZ owner @BigFatFlip next to his RS

This was last weekend at Thunderhill. I'm the "unofficial" photographer for the Norcal 86Cup so I try to make it to all of the events. This was a new angle I hadn't really explored very much and I was able to get a lot of nice shots here.

Bastion main for life

This one came out pretty cool. The lighting was just right to make the water look like this.

I do like how that one happened to turn out, better than most any of the other shots I attempted. Makes for good video too...should upload the video footage I took. It's called a Flyboard...and if I were younger I would have liked to have learned how to pilot one:

What ever the reason is I'm thinking the Ford looks really big in that pic. Maybe the guy isn't that big?

The duck pic looks somewhat surreal.

While I'm here I will mention I've been shopping. *sigh*
I've ordered an Olympus 12-100mm f4 lens for my Olympus OMDM5ii. Should be here by Tuesday. The reviews for this lens rate it very highly and unusually for a zoom it is sharp throughout the range. The plan is for that lens to stay on the Oly and the 7-14mm will stay on the Panny GX85. The only other lens I want to get (I say "only" but this is subject to change) is the Panny 12mm f1.4. Somewhat expensive, not much call for it, but you know, just because.
We're off to Singapore at the end off April for a few days so I'm going to give some cameras a bit of a workout.

Hey @Vracer111, just a curiosity question.
Looking at your pics above I was a little surprised to see you were using an OMDM5ii*. Do you find any short comings using that camera for the sort of photography as shown in the above pics?

*Olympus has the most annoying model naming system.

I'm kind of different - shoot with prime, manual only, 35mm film Olympus OM lenses using a m43 to OM adapter - and wouldn't have it any other way for shooting high speed racing/action! Focus peaking works most excellent on this camera, my method is zone focus based with 'one shot, one kill' at the right time. The only thing I don't like about the Olympus OM-D E-M5 Mark ii compared to an SLR is not being able to see through the viewfinder unless it is powered on. Otherwise it absolutely beats the Olympus E-3 in every way for me, haven't touched the E-3 ever since getting the OM-D E-M5 Mark ii...might as well sell the E-3 camera specific gear as I have no desire whatsoever for big SLR form factor any more. The OMD works with all the E series system gear I have...most excellent with the FL-50R flash unit and grip system.

I think I posted this before, but this is my body/lens selection setup (minus the standard 50mm that is on the E-3 taking the picture):

The specific reason I picked up this E-M5 Mark ii was because of its features AND it was available in the Limited Edtion Titanium color... very similar to the original 35mm OM-3TI model.

I'm actually looking to get some Rokinon manual lenses to fill in the missing gaps I have... most notably the lack of a suitable wide angle (24mm as your widest lens simply does not cut it with a m43 system!)
