Do you have the details for the hose they used? part number, size, brand.
thanks in advance.

I'm not sure about the length, but this hose would work.

They also offer it in 10ft. lengths, which I'm sure you could cut down and sell to other people looking for an alternative.

Unfortunately I don't know specifics on the part and/or size - the only markings on the hose itself are visible in the pictures I provided the day I brought it back from the fix. Trying to locate the receipt to see if there was a part number mentioned on it, will post back if I find it.

Couldn't find the invoice but I'll do you one better - stopped by the dealership on the way to work and got a sample of the hose that was used, included is a picture of the markings. Looks to be a 5/16ths ID fuel hose, goodyear manufactured.

This looks to be the hose used for the Visconti kit. However I am not 100%, but each manufacturer uses traces colors in the braid to mark their hose.
http://www.russellperformance.com/mc...oclassic.shtml

Is that Goodyear hose E85 rated?

As far as I am aware the only braided racing hose that is E85 rated has a PTFE liner (aka Teflon). Rubber lined braided racing hose does not last with E85 it does get soft and seep or split in time.

This is all it says for the Dayco stuff.

"Constructed with a fluoroelastomer, low-permeation, gasohol and diesel fuel inner tube, they provide exceptional resistance to alcohol blended fuels that commonly weaken normal fuel injection hoses."

Just a heads up but 30R7 hose is not a high pressure rated hose nor is it ethanol rated and should not be used in this application. While it has a burst pressure of 250PSI, it's working pressure is 50psi. The correct high pressure hose is 30R9. It has a 100PSI working pressure with a 900PSI burst pressure and it is ethanol rated.

Not so concerned about the pressure as it's on the low pressure side of the fueling system - am a little concerned on the fuel rating however as I've read elsewhere that 30R7 will support ethanol enriched fuels (see my other post). Thanks for providing the links and info!

Edit* This is the link for the hose I pictured: http://www.goodyearep.com/ProductsDetail.aspx?id=17820

^^^ Corrected my previous post as 30R9 has a working pressure of 100PSI, NOT 250. No idea how I erroneously typed that twice.

Which size would we need to order?

From what @enouf has said in other threads, the hard fuel tubing is ~7.5mm OD so you would want to get the 5/16" ID hose.

Perhaps @FA20Club.com would sell the hoses and fittings he is using with his kit to those that are having issues with leaks.

Im getting fa20clubs line next week. I have the uodated kit so the sensor is the same as their kit.

Does anyone know if the diameter changed from the first sensor to the updated? If it didnt then fa20club's line should work for everyone.
