If you're going to question that, you might as well question every single aftermarket exhaust part, because they'll all be built on a jig.

You make an accurate jig and don't have to worry after that.

Wrong, make a good jig fitment test calib piece. Every week or so you put it on the jig and check that the jig hasn't shifted or bent.
