Pulled my transmission out if the car because I stripped one of the bolts for the mtec springs. Now that it's out though.. Debating on getting a lightweight flywheel or short shifter... Or something else Idk.

Anyone have any thoughts on lightweight flywheel for a DD?

Nice. Did you see my DIY? Did you install the Power Magic Pro too?

Going to do that tomorrow. Just pulled it today. Worst case scenario is a new rear transmission housing, about $400 plus installing it to the trans, but should be able to chase the threads.

Well, if the threads won't clean up ..... maybe you can just drill it out and re-tap the hole with a larger size ....

Not sorting you out, Ego, but if the trend in installing Tom's tail lights continue ..... three years from now, people are going to ask me (with OEM tail lights) ..... where did you get them "custom" tail lights .....

the 235's approximately 44mm. If you are planning on lowering your car 1 inch both will fit easily.

I would choose the 235's as I like a little stretch, will easily accommodate the 1.5 inch drop should you desire and will be cheaper on the pocketbook.
Do you have any opinions when it comes to type of tire? I am looking at Yokohama S Drive tires. and it would be the 235/ 40 tire. Any thoughts?

My first new part shipped
just the drop in filter, but I've never fiddled with cars before and wanted something easy to start with.
