Well, somebody tried to kill me today...

Today driving back home with my girlfriend from an amazing day out some people in an early 90's honda civic drove up next to me. Noticing my obvious Jewish traits, the male passenger in the rear seat started making rude gestures in regards to my nose and then started yelling "****ing k***" out the window multiple times. The female driver then began driving her car close to my own pushing me close to the concrete barrier. My car was about an inch away from the barrier, and then an inch away from their honda. I was about to put it in the ditch and go off the edge (the ditch is about ten feet drop), so I put it down a gear and sped ahead. They the proceeded to tailgate me for a good two minutes until they decided to do other things. They also yelled out "Gay BRZ Fa****" out the window as well with the racial slurs.

A few minutes later they threw a full coffee all over the car. It left a huge scratch all over the side of the car and I was surprised from such damage coming from a plastic Dutch Bros cup.

I know this isn't exactly a normal thread to see on this forum, but I'm just really shooken up about the whole incident and am completely appalled by the sheer.... I don't know... I just haven't seen such blatant racism. I used to deal with it a lot as a kid but now? It's just sad. Such an amazing day ruined.

Anyway, continue fellow BRZ owners.

Did you get a plate number? I believe that cup of coffee is considered a "projectile" or something like that...

God that is fucking awful. Don't let someone else's anti-semetic words ruin your day. I would've gotten on the phone with the police as it was happening. But at least you are ok. Karma will hit them sooner or later.

I would've shot one of their tires out and went about my day.

I'm staying out of this one. This thread os no place for car enthusiasts. We talk cars here - mostly.

I'm sure you were trying to keep from wrecking, but no cell phone in the car with a camera? Hope you got a tag or a partial. Go to the cops if you did and file a complaint.

I'm sure we don't even have to ask about what the cops said...of course you called them, didn't you?

I was able to get the make, model, and number. Called the police. Not sure they'll be able to do anything about it. The dispatcher said that the plate number definitely matched the description of the vehicle I provided.

I'm just disappointed in society. I've had to deal with this all my life but nothing has ever happened since elementary school. It sucks being 18 years old. I worked my ass off to buy this car and I love it so damn much. It's horrible that other people can be so jealous that they would do such things. I guess it's good that I'm getting body work done to the car this week that I can get all the scratches fixed.

I know that society is going into the toilet, but this guy in the Civic is either a complete and utter idiot, or we're not getting the full story here...
