Calgary/Edmonton BRZ/FRS thread

I have a pull off from my car if you want to replace it. $50 I think would be good? Name: ImageUploadedByTapatalk1430697672.123874.jpg

It's clean. That's just remnant of coolant that will wash off.

Thanks. The new part is actually only $28 or something. I was pretty impressed... so I ordered a couple.

Sunta, the middle tray is aluminum. Front one is this brittle plastic... rear one looks like cardboard with some bedliner sprayed on it for looks and stiffness.

No worries Cueman... Is that Canadian $? Where do u order your parts from? I've been looking for something affordable. I've found shipping and duties kill the price if I order for the states.

Do you guys think I will destroy a carbon front splitter driving around Calgary? My car isn't excessively low and I only take it out on nice days.

Yeah I don't think I will have much of a problem other than driveways and steep entrances maybe.

Forgot to ask you, but how do you like the Project Mu HC+800? Would you recommend them?

Yes front and rear brand new in box. They cost about $350 CAD to get here so I would let them go for $325 OBO. I am 99% sure I wont be using them as I don't plan to take my car lapping until maybe next year or the year after and I can do my brake work on it.

What are you planning to do with the car and what's your budget? Track upgrades on a street car are not much fun.

Myself? Its just a long term toy, I did bring it lapping last year and was quite competitive with it at auto x as well, but I have my Miata now for that stuff. I have since supercharged it and I was not happy with the pad selection I tried last year. I am thinking of just going BBK next year partially for the looks partially so I don't have to worry about switching pads back and forth.

I have about $20k of mods on top of my car now
