The more I drive the car with this kit on the happier I am with it. The look on peoples faces when they hear the open dump is priceless. Keep up the good work Ronnie, Jesse and the @JDLAutoDesign team

Nice to see the turbo return sits under all the belts, so I don't have to worry about that. I have the same RacerX oil pan. What fittings did you use with it? I know I need a 1/2" NPT to -10AN or 1/2" NPT to barb fitting but wasn't sure if best to get an angled or straight fitting.

What do you guys think is the most contributing factor to heat in the engine bay, the header or the downpipe? I have the PTP turbo blanket already but was contemplating getting the Inconel header or downpipe blanket. It's too much money to get both IMHO so my original plan was to do the Inconel header blanket and then wrap the downpipe.

I'm excited with my Gtx3067r (sixty seven NOT seventy six) in 0.82 a/r TWIN SCROLL tune.

@JDLAutoDesign
Can't wait to receive my kit soon! Hopefully everything is COMPLETE and ready to ship to my local address there. Will become the first to have the JDL turbo kit installed here in the Philippines

Maybe a basic question but what are you guys using for the vacuum/pressure source for the EWG/BOV? I was planning on using the manifold somewhere for the BOV but I hear mixed things about using the manifold vs. the compressor cover for the EWG. I've used the compressor cover in the past but this time around I'd have to drill/tap it and some say use the manifold instead. But then some EWGs do not like seeing vacuum at all on the bottom port...

Anyone here used the 580cc injectors that FA20Club sell? (dont waste your time spouting your hatred for FA20Club, there are plenty of other threads for that).

All I know is that they are the OEM injectors worked on by Injector Clinic to flow 580cc.

Only reason I ask is that mine have been fitted along with the FB fuel pump setup and my car wont start at all. My tuner thinks its the injectors.

Failing me getting any info on the FA20Club injectors can anyone recommend a suitable injector that is plug and play? I was thinking about the ID725's from full blown but dont know if they'll need some custom wiring.

After dealing with that ass hat I didn't trust the fuel pump or injectors he sent me... they now rest in a box in my closet. I ditched what few parts I actually did receive except the turbo and wastegate, regrettably the turbosmart BOV does not work with the Tial BOV flange. That was my fault for not asking JDL first. Good luck though

@Sportsguy83 is the only guy I know that used FA20Club injectors, and he knows a lot about them. Any injector LJ @FullBlown sells should at least come with injector clips like the 550s that come in their Stage 1 turbo kit so there is no wiring/cutting/soldering/crimping involved.

FA20club sells FIC (fuel injector clinic) injectors.

After using those and ID's, I'd recommend ID's based on easier to tune properties.

Buy them from @FullBlown and ask for PnP harness and spacers and they will just bolt on to your car no problems.
